• 250 MI Milk
• 500 MI Cream
• 1/2 Cup Castor Sugar
• 4 Egg Yolks
• 3 Cardamom Seeds
• 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
• 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
• 1 tsp Melon Seeds
• 1/2 Cup Almonds(blanched)
• 1 tsp Ginger Powder
• 1 tbsp Cashewnut
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
